Short answer: The best site to buy Instagram reposts is one that needs only a public post link, prices reposts in rupees and lets you start with a handful. Reposts can only land on public posts that allow reposting. On InstaBoost, reposts cost ₹750 per 1,000 and the minimum is 10 reposts for ₹8.

What is an Instagram repost in 2026?

An Instagram repost is a public reshare of someone else's post or Reel. Instagram rolled out its own Repost button globally in early August 2025, alongside a location map and a Friends section in Reels (GSMArena).

Three details matter for anyone buying reposts. First, only public posts and Reels can be reposted. Second, a repost is shown to the reposter's followers and kept in a separate Reposts tab on their profile, while credit stays with the original creator. Third, public accounts can switch reposts off for their content.

So a repost is very different from a share. A share goes privately to one person by DM or Story; a repost puts your post in front of a whole follower list. If you want the full comparison, read Instagram reposts vs shares.

Why reposts cost more than shares on most sites

On our order form, 1,000 reposts cost ₹750 while 1,000 shares cost ₹17, so a repost costs about 44 times as much as a share. Most sellers show a similar gap.

Our reading of the gap (an inference, not a supplier statement) is that a repost is a visible action that sits on a profile, while a share is a private send. Visible actions are harder for any supplier to produce, so they cost more. Whatever the reason, it means a repost order needs more care: a mistake costs more rupees.

The price gap also changes how you test a seller. With shares, ₹2 buys a hundred actions; with reposts, ₹8 buys ten. A sample of ten is small, so judge a repost seller first on whether the order lands at all and how quickly, and only later on finer details such as how the reposting profiles look.

4 checks before you buy reposts from any site

Most failed repost orders fail before delivery even starts, because the post could not be reposted in the first place. Run these four checks on your own post before you pay any seller.

1. Is the account public? Instagram only lets people repost public posts and Reels. If your account is private, no seller can deliver a single repost, and our refund policy also excludes orders placed while an account was private.

2. Are reposts switched on? Public accounts can turn off reposts for their content. Creators sometimes switch this off after a bad experience and forget about it. Check the setting on the post you plan to push.

3. Is the link the right one? A repost order needs the link to one post or Reel, copied from the Share menu. A profile link, a Story link or a link to someone else's post sends the order to the wrong place.

4. Are you starting small? Our minimum is 10 reposts for ₹8. A first order of that size tells you whether the seller delivers and how the post reacts, before you risk more money.

How many reposts should your first order be?

Our suggestion (an opinion, not a rule): start with 10 to 20 reposts on one post. That costs ₹8 to ₹15 and is enough to see whether the order lands and how the post behaves afterwards.

Keep reposts in proportion to the rest of the post's activity. A post with a few hundred views and fifty reposts looks odd to any human who checks it. Scale up only after a clean test, and only on posts that already earn some genuine reactions.

If you plan to push one post in several ways, reposts pair naturally with shares: one spreads the post publicly, the other privately. Our shares and reposts combo guide shows budgets that mix both.

When buying reposts makes sense, and when it does not

Reposts suit posts that other people would plausibly want to put on their own profile: a useful carousel, a song snippet, an announcement, a funny Reel in a popular niche. On those posts a few dozen reposts look natural, because genuine fans repost that kind of content too.

Reposts make less sense on personal posts such as a selfie, a birthday photo or a product picture with no story. Few real people would repost those, so even a small number can look out of place to a brand or a follower who checks.

Whichever site you choose as the best site to buy Instagram reposts, ask yourself one question before ordering: would a stranger repost this? If the honest answer is no, spend the money on better content or on views first.

What reposts cannot do for you

A repost from a bought order puts your post on another profile's Reposts tab and may show it to that profile's followers. It does not mean anyone will watch, follow or buy. Instagram decides what each person sees.

Be clear about the rules as well: Meta's spam policy forbids buying or selling engagement such as likes, shares and views, so a seller calling its reposts approved by Instagram is wrong.

Paying for reposts with UPI, Google Pay or PhonePe

Repost orders go through Razorpay, so you can approve them in Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any other UPI app, or use a card or NetBanking instead. There is no account to create: one checkout buys one repost order, and nothing is left on the site afterwards.

If something goes wrong, the refund page is the safety net: no delivery inside the usual 24-48 hour window means your money back in full, and a half-finished order is refunded for the missing part. Orders placed on a private account, or with a mistyped link, are the two exclusions. For the step-by-step payment walkthrough, see how to pay for reposts with UPI.

Frequently asked questions

Can I buy reposts for a private account?
No. Instagram only allows public posts and Reels to be reposted, so the account must be public and reposts must be switched on for the post.
What is the minimum number of reposts?
On InstaBoost the minimum is 10 reposts, which costs ₹8 at ₹750 per 1,000.
Where do reposts appear?
A repost is shown to the reposter's followers and kept in the Reposts tab on the reposter's profile. Credit stays with the original creator.
Can reposts be switched off?
Yes. Public accounts can turn reposts off for their content. Check that setting before you order, or the order cannot land.
What if my reposts are not delivered?
Write to support with your order ID. Reposts that never arrive within the usual 24-48 hours are refunded in full, and a partly delivered repost order is refunded for the missing reposts.
