If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe (usually 24-48 hours), you are eligible for a full refund. Simply contact our support team with your order ID.

2. Partial Refunds

If only a portion of your order is delivered due to technical issues, we will provide a prorated refund for the undelivered amount.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not granted if your account is private during delivery, if the username was entered incorrectly, or if the followers drop after the standard 30-day refill period has expired.
