Five checks before you approve any payment

  • Match the amount. The amount in your UPI app should equal the total you saw on the order form.
  • Protect your PIN. Enter your UPI PIN only inside your own UPI app, never on a website or in a chat.
  • Use the checkout. Pay through the site's payment window, not a personal UPI ID that someone sends you.
  • Keep the proof. Save the payment ID or the UPI transaction ID (UTR) from your app. Support can trace an order with it.
  • Read the refund page first. Know what happens if an order is late or partly delivered before you pay.
