The four order states, one line each

Every instagram followers order you place moves along the same short track. The words differ slightly between panels, but the meaning does not.

  • Pending — payment is confirmed and the order is queued. Nothing is visible on your profile yet.
  • Processing (some panels write it as In Progress) — followers are landing, a few at a time.
  • Partial — delivery stopped part-way. You keep what arrived, and the rest is refunded.
  • Completed — the full quantity you paid for has landed.

There is a fifth word you may see: Canceled or Failed. That means the order never started at all, usually because the link could not be used.

One honest note before we go deeper. InstaBoost has no login and no dashboard, because we never ask you to create an account. So you will not see a status bar ticking over on a screen. What you get is an order ID on the confirmation page and an email. To read the current state, you send that order ID to support.

Pending: paid, queued, nothing visible yet

Pending starts the second your UPI payment is confirmed. The order is passed to the delivery queue and waits to be accepted.

Normal length: a few minutes. On busy evenings it can stretch a little longer.

What you should not do during Pending is order again. Two identical orders on the same username are the single most common way people end up paying twice for the same 1,000 followers. Wait the first hour out.

Also resist the urge to switch your account to private, change your username, or delete the post you just linked. Every one of those breaks the job that is already sitting in the queue.

Processing: followers are arriving in drips

Processing means delivery has actually begun. Followers do not arrive as one block. They are drip-fed (spread out over time in small batches) so the curve on your profile looks like ordinary growth rather than a wall.

This is where most of the waiting happens, and it is the part people misread. If you ordered 1,000 followers and see 180 after twenty minutes, nothing is broken. That is what drip delivery looks like from the inside.

Our published window for followers is delivery starting within minutes and completing within 0 to 24 hours. Different services move at different speeds, and the full service-by-service breakdown is in our guide on how long each Instagram service really takes.

Partial: some delivered, the rest refunded

Partial is the state buyers understand least, so here it is plainly. The delivery system tried, got part of the way, and could not finish the remaining quantity. Rather than sit on your money, the order is closed as Partial.

Our refund policy says a prorated refund is provided for the undelivered amount when only a portion of an order is delivered. Prorated means proportional: if 400 of 1,000 followers did not arrive, you are refunded for those 400, not for the whole order.

Send your order ID to support and ask for the partial refund to be processed. If the money does not show up, the full walkthrough for chasing it is in our guide on followers not delivered and how the refund works.

Partial is not a red flag. It is what an honest system does when supply runs short on one account.

Completed: the full quantity landed

Completed means the number you paid for has been delivered. Count it yourself before you accept the label — note your follower count before ordering, then check it a few hours after Completed appears.

Small wobbles are normal. Instagram removes some accounts on its own schedule, so a count can dip by a handful and settle. That is what the 30-day refill exists for.

Canceled or failed: the order never started

A canceled order almost always traces back to the link, not the payment. The delivery system could not work with your profile or post, so it refused the job rather than take your money for nothing.

The usual causes are a private account, a username that no longer exists, or a post link pasted where a username was needed.

If you have read enough and just want to start, you can place a small first order — pick the service, paste your public link, and pay in rupees by UPI. No password is ever needed.

Order stuck on Pending? Five real causes

  1. The account is private. Delivery cannot reach a private profile. Switch to public, then message support to have the order retried.
  2. The wrong link type was pasted. Followers need a public username or profile link. Likes, views, saves and shares need the post or reel link. Swap the two and the job stalls.
  3. The username changed after ordering. The queue is holding a name that no longer resolves. Change it back or tell support the new handle.
  4. The linked post was deleted or archived. This one bites likes and reel views rather than followers, but it is worth checking if you ordered more than one service.
  5. The supplier queue is backed up. Peak hours in India are genuinely busy. This clears on its own, and if it does not clear inside the published window, the refund rule applies.

Where your order ID lives, and what to ask support

After payment goes through, the confirmation panel on the site shows your order ID along with the service, quantity, amount paid and the Instagram link you entered. Screenshot that panel. It is the fastest thing you can hand to support.

If you are not sure which box on the checkout does what, our walkthrough of every field on the checkout page explains each one and why we ask for so little.

A good support message has four things and nothing else: order ID, the username or link you used, what you ordered, and what you can see now. Email support@instaboostpanel.com. You will never be asked for your Instagram password — not at checkout, not by support, not ever. If anyone claiming to be us asks for one, it is not us.

If you are still deciding rather than tracking, the honest way in is a small test order. On the followers page the rate is ₹750 per 1,000 followers and the minimum order is 50 followers, which works out to about ₹38. Run 50 first, watch the states move for yourself, then scale.

Refill window and refund window are two different clocks

People mix these up constantly, and it costs them money.

  • Refund covers delivery that never happened. Not delivered inside the estimated timeframe means a full refund. Partly delivered means a prorated refund on the missing part.
  • Refill covers delivery that happened and then shrank. Followers orders carry a free 30-day refill, so if the count drops inside that month it is topped back up.

Three situations are outside both clocks, and our refund page states them: the account was private during delivery, the username was typed wrong, or the drop happened after the 30-day refill period ended.

Last thing, said plainly. Buying engagement is against Instagram's Terms of Service (the written rules for using the platform), so this is a risk you are choosing to take. We deliver real-looking profiles at a drip pace with a refill behind them, and we never touch your password. What we cannot do is promise nothing will ever drop, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does.
