The domain we checked, and why the exact name matters
We checked thehindustanpanel.com on 13 August 2026, and that exact address is the hindustan smm panel this review is about. Patriotic names travel fast in this business, and there are several unrelated sites using Hindustan in their branding. A review of one address says nothing about another. Look at your address bar first.
We have never placed an order on thehindustanpanel.com. Everything here comes from pages you can open without an account - the homepage, the services list, the terms page, the signup form - plus the public WHOIS record (WHOIS is the open register showing when a domain was bought and through which registrar).
This post has a second job beyond reviewing one panel. An Indian-sounding name is the cheapest thing in the world to buy. So we turned the Indian-owned claim into a test with five public, checkable parts, and you can run it on any hindustan smm panel lookalike in about ten minutes.
The 5-point India test any panel can pass in public
None of these prove where a company sits. Together they show whether a panel is willing to be found in India, or just wants to sound Indian.
- Rupee pricing by default. Rates shown in ₹ without you having to change a dropdown.
- UPI named on a public page. UPI (Unified Payments Interface, India's instant bank-to-bank payment system) named in writing, not hidden behind login.
- A reachable Indian address. A street address in India printed somewhere on the site.
- A GST number. GST (Goods and Services Tax) registration is what an Indian business gets when it registers properly. A printed GSTIN is checkable on the government portal.
- IST support hours or an Indian contact number. Support timings in Indian Standard Time, or a +91 phone or WhatsApp number.

Score: 1 of 5. Read that carefully, because the honest conclusion is narrower than it looks. This does not mean the panel is not Indian. It means the Indian claim is not something a visitor can verify. Those are different statements and we are not going to collapse them into one.
What the homepage does carry is the line about being India's most affordable SMM solution, a platform list covering Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok and WhatsApp, and testimonials with Indian names - Rahul Singh, Arpita Sharma, Vikrant Bhartiya. Testimonials on a company's own website are marketing copy, not evidence, on their site and on ours.

What loads before signup: services and rupee rates
Credit where due. The services page loaded a real rate table for us while logged out, priced in Indian rupees, split across many quality tiers - real accounts with posts, old accounts, India-targeted, and different refill durations running from none up to lifetime.
On the day we looked, the Instagram follower tiers we could see ran from roughly ₹39 to ₹96 per 1,000, depending on the tier. We are giving a range rather than one number on purpose: the page lists dozens of follower lines at different qualities, and quoting a single figure from that table would be misleading.
The page also carries a currency selector offering INR, USD, EUR and others. Set it to INR yourself before reading a number. Misreading a dollar rate as a rupee rate is the most common pricing mistake Indian buyers make on panels, and it is an eighty-times error.
The homepage does not print any of this, only the platform logos. If you land there and see no prices, go to the services page directly.
What the terms page says
The terms page is live and short. Two lines matter:
- On refunds: "All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services." Blunt, but at least it is written down.
- On accounts: "You are responsible for safeguarding your account password" - meaning your panel password, not your Instagram one.
What we could not find anywhere on the public pages was refill wording. No refill window, no drop policy, no statement of what happens if 400 of your 1,000 followers disappear in week two. The service tiers themselves mention refill durations as labels, but a label inside a product name is not a policy. That gap is the single biggest thing we would want fixed before spending real money.
Does it ask for your Instagram password?
No. The signup form asked for Username, Name, E-Mail, Contact No., Password and Confirm Password. The password is for the panel account itself. Nothing asked for Instagram credentials.
Hold this rule everywhere, on every panel, forever: no engagement service needs your Instagram password. A public username or a public post link is enough to deliver followers, likes or views. Any site that asks for the password, or tells you to switch off two-factor login, has just told you everything you need to know.
Domain age: six months old in WHOIS
The public WHOIS record shows thehindustanpanel.com was created on 7 February 2026, through the registrar HOSTINGER operations, UAB, with the registrant country listed as LT for Lithuania.
Two honest readings. The Lithuania entry is almost certainly the registrar's own country plus privacy protection - not evidence about who runs the panel, and millions of legitimate domains look identical. The age is the real signal. As of August 2026 this domain is about six months old. That proves nothing bad. It means there is no track record yet, so keep a first order small and the wallet balance smaller.

One thing Hindustan does better than us
Choice, and the honesty of showing it. Their public services page gives you dozens of follower tiers with different qualities, speeds and refill lengths, all priced before you register. We publish seven clean rates and that is it. If you want to pick between a cheap no-refill tier and a costlier lifetime-refill tier, they let you and we do not.
They also cover ten platforms. We only do Instagram, so if you need YouTube or Telegram in the same place, we are the wrong shop.
What we could not verify
We never ordered, so these stay blank rather than guessed:
- Delivery time - how fast an order actually starts and finishes.
- Drop rate - how much falls off in the first week or month.
- Refill outcome - there is no published refill policy to test in the first place.
- Refund experience - what a real dispute looks like in practice.
- Support reply time - we did not run a pre-sales support test for this post, and we found no public contact route to run one through.
- Whether the business is genuinely India-based - the public pages do not let anyone confirm it either way.
- Payment methods - the site refers to adding funds by your preferred option but names none.
How to run this India test yourself in ten minutes
- Open the site logged out. Note whether any rate is visible at all.
- Find the currency selector and force it to INR before reading a number.
- Search the footer for a GST number and a street address.
- Search the whole site for the word UPI. If it never appears in public, treat it as not published.
- Look up the domain on any free WHOIS lookup and read the creation date.
- Open the signup form. If it asks for a social media password, stop there.
Run those six steps on any panel and you will know more than most buyers do.
