Fine SMM Panel Review India: Rate Card Compared to Real Market Prices

Which Fine SMM Panel did we check?

We checked finesmmpanel.com on 8 August 2026. That line matters more than it looks. Panel brand names get copied across near-identical domains, so a review of "Fine SMM Panel" is worthless unless it names the exact website it looked at. Here is what finesmmpanel.com showed us without logging in:

• A public services page with a full rate list and per-service minimums.
• A homepage line advertising Instagram follower services from a starting price of 10 rupees.
• A Terms link and a Refund Policy link in the navigation.
• A WhatsApp number and an email address printed on the page.
• No request for an Instagram password anywhere we looked.

Domain age, from the public RDAP record (Registration Data Access Protocol — the modern replacement for WHOIS lookups): finesmmpanel.com was registered on 12 October 2023 through HOSTINGER operations, UAB. That makes it about two years and ten months old on the day we checked.

We have never bought anything from Fine SMM Panel. We are a competing service. Read the rest knowing both of those things.

Fine SMM Panel's printed rate card next to ours

These are the figures each site prints publicly. Theirs came off its services page on 8 August 2026; ours are on our own pricing page today.

On followers, Fine's printed rate is roughly a quarter of ours. On likes, about a seventh. On reel views the printed gap is enormous. We are not going to pretend that looks good for us. It does not.

Why we are not printing a "2026 India market average"

The honest answer is that we do not have one. We did not survey the Indian panel market on a fixed date with a fixed method, so any "average price" we typed here would be a number we made up to make our own rates look reasonable.

Anyone who prints an industry average without naming the panels, the services and the date is guessing at you. So this post compares the only two rate cards we can actually source: Fine's, public on its services page, and our own published rate card. If you want a wider spread of Indian panel rates written down in one place, we keep that in our SMM panel price list for India, and every figure there is one we can point at.

What a Rs 0.16 per 1,000 view rate can and cannot tell you

This section is reasoning, not measurement. We label it that way on purpose.

Most panels do not create engagement themselves. They resell it through an API (an automatic order pipe between two websites) from a larger supplier, and add a margin on top. A very low per-1,000 rate usually means the supplier behind it is bulk and generic rather than India-targeted, and that the margin left over for support, refills and refunds is thin. That is how the industry is wired. It is not a finding about Fine SMM Panel specifically, because we did not order.

What a price genuinely cannot tell you:

• How fast the order starts, and whether it starts at all.
• Whether the count is still there after seven days.
• Whether a refill actually gets processed when you ask.
• Whether the accounts look Indian, or look like anything.

There is also a point about scale that cuts against our own sales pitch. At test size, the price gap barely exists in rupees. One hundred reel views costs under two rupees on our rate card and a fraction of a rupee on theirs. The difference is not money — it is what happens to your account and whether anyone answers you afterwards. Judge a panel on a small order, not on a rate table.

The cheap test that works on any panel, including ours: order the minimum on one service, note the exact time, and write down the count before you order. Check at one hour, at 24 hours, and again on day seven. Then compare the day-seven number with the day-one number. That single figure — how much of it stayed — tells you more than every review on the internet, and it costs you the price of a samosa.

What the refund policy says in its own words

Fine SMM Panel publishes its refund policy openly, which is more than several panels manage. Two short lines from it, quoted directly:

• "we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent"
• "We can only refund to your Finesmmpanel.com account"

Read plainly: money that goes wrong turns into panel credit, not rupees back in your bank. The policy also says a credit is given "if the order is non deliverable", and excludes private-account orders. The policy itself never mentions refills — but the refill windows are printed elsewhere, inside the service names on the rate card, which we come back to below.

That wallet-credit model is common across panels and it is not hidden here — it is written down, which is a genuine mark in Fine's favour. Our own refund page takes a different line: an order that is not delivered inside the estimated window gets a full refund, part-delivered orders get a prorated one, and there is a 30-day refill window on the services that carry refill. We also print what is not covered, like a private account or a wrong username. Neither approach is a promise that nothing will ever go wrong. They are just different places to put the risk.

What we could not verify

We never ordered from Fine SMM Panel, so all of the following is unknown to us and we will not estimate it:

• Delivery time. Not verified.
• Drop rate after 7 or 30 days. Not verified.
• Refill outcome when a count falls. Not verified — refill windows are printed in the service names, but we never made a refill claim.
• Refund experience. We have not requested one.
• Whether the printed rates hold once you are logged in and funded.
• Pre-sales response. We did not send a question, so we cannot tell you how fast anyone replies.
• Who runs it. RDAP shows a registrar, not an owner.

None of those blanks are accusations. They are the things no outsider can learn without spending money, and we did not spend any.

What Fine SMM Panel does better than us

Five things, honestly:

• Refill windows are printed on the rate card itself. The Rs 179 followers line names a 30-day refill and the Rs 12 likes line names a 50-day one, right there in the service name. You can read the refill period before you spend anything, which is more than the refund policy tells you.
• Minimums sit next to the rates. Its services list prints the minimum order beside each price, so you can work out the smallest possible spend before you sign up.
• The likes minimum is 10. Ours is 100. A ten-like test costs less than a hundred-like test, and testing small is exactly what we tell people to do.
• Domain age. finesmmpanel.com has been registered since October 2023. Ours, instaboostpanel.com, was registered on 24 June 2026. On the age row they beat us outright, and leaving that out would make this review worthless.
• Printed reel-view and follower rates are far lower. If the headline rate is your only filter, Fine wins that filter.

Which one fits which buyer

If you are hunting the lowest printed number and you are willing to carry the delivery risk yourself, Fine's rate card is cheaper and it is right there in the open for you to read.

If what you want is a rate you pay per order in rupees by UPI, a public 30-day refill window, a written refund route back to your bank rather than to a wallet, and an order form that only ever asks for a public username or post link, that is the trade we sell. Start at the minimum — 50 followers works out to about ₹38 — and run one small test order before you decide anything about either of us.

Whichever way you go, remember the part neither rate card mentions: buying engagement is against Instagram's Terms of Service. The honest framing is real-looking, drip-delivered, refill-backed social proof placed next to real posting. It is not a growth strategy on its own, at Rs 179 or at ₹750.
