What instant delivery actually means on an SMM panel
This is the whole reason people search for the Electro SMM panel and panels like it. The homepage says instant. You imagine 1,000 followers appearing while you watch. That is not what the word does.
On almost every panel, instant describes order processing, not order completion. It means there is no human sitting in the middle approving your order. The moment your payment clears, the order is pushed into an automated queue and sent to a supplier. That part genuinely does take seconds.
What happens after that is a separate number, and it is usually printed right next to the word instant in the service name.
We checked electrosmm.com on 13 August 2026
Name the exact domain, always. Panel brands are cloned across near-identical addresses, and a separate site called electro-smm.com also appears for the same searches. We did not check that one. We have never bought from Electro. No order, no deposit, no test. Here is what was public on that date.
- A full service list without logging in, covering Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Discord, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Rates printed next to every service, but as bare numbers with an approximate sign and no currency symbol. The homepage separately says prices start from $0.2, so the list reads as dollars.
- Service names carrying speed fields such as instant, start times in minutes, a per-day speed figure, and labels like lifetime refill.
- A detailed terms page, plus privacy, acceptable use and software lifecycle policies. No separate refund page. The refund rules sit inside the terms.
- Contact: a WhatsApp number on the homepage, carrying a +44 country code, which is the United Kingdom, not India. No email, no phone line, no postal address and no ticket page that we could find.
- Signup form fields: username, email, Skype, password and confirm password, with a tick box agreeing to the terms. It does not ask for your Instagram password.
- WHOIS: registered 5 June 2023, expiring 5 June 2027, through NameCheap, Inc. That makes the domain about three years and two months old on the day we checked.
How to read a panel service name properly
Panel service names look like alphabet soup. They are actually a spec sheet, and there are three fields that matter. Once you can read them, the word instant stops mattering at all.

Do the arithmetic yourself. A service labelled instant with a speed of 50,000 per day will still take roughly half a day to move 25,000 units, and that is if the supplier is running at full rate. What the electrosmm.com terms say about refunds and refills
Credit where it is due: Electro's terms page is genuinely written, not decorative. On 13 August 2026 it set out, in summary:
- Money you add stays inside the panel. The page states plainly: "When you add funds, we cannot refund your payment to your bank" (electrosmm.com terms, 13 August 2026). Refunds go back to your panel wallet, not your bank account.
- A refill rule with a real number. The page describes refills being available within a 24 to 72 hour window when the drop is more than 5 percent, and it explains that a refill is calculated from your start count plus the ordered quantity.
- Refills work on order IDs, not on links. If you lose the order ID, you lose the refill claim.
- Do not change your username or make the account private while an order is running, or the refill is void.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after placement unless there is a problem, and some fast services do not allow refunds once running.
- Delivery time is not committed to. Estimates are described as variable and not to be relied on alone.
That last point is the honest heart of this review. The service name says instant. The terms say delivery times are estimates. Both of those are on the same website, and the terms are the part that would decide a dispute.
The currency problem for an Indian buyer
Small but real. The public price list shows bare numbers with an approximate sign and no currency symbol. The homepage separately mentions dollars, so a rate of roughly 5.6 for Instagram likes has to be read as dollars per 1,000 and converted in your head.
The effect is that your rupee cost moves with the exchange rate and you cannot budget in rupees before depositing. That is not dishonest. It just means the panel is not built for India first, whatever the search results suggest.

Six of eight is a solid paperwork score. We give ourselves seven rather than eight because we publish a brand name and a support email but not a registered postal address.

What the Electro SMM panel does better than us
Two things, honestly.
Its refill rule is more precise than ours. Electro prints a drop threshold, 5 percent, and a window, 24 to 72 hours. Our own refund page prints a 30-day refill period but no drop percentage. Our window is longer. Their trigger is more specific. If you want the exact condition written down before you pay, they have written more of it than we have.
It covers far more platforms. Electro sells across eight or more networks. We sell Instagram only. If you need TikTok views or Spotify plays, we cannot help you and they can. Pretending otherwise to keep you reading would be dishonest.
What we could not verify
We never ordered. So the following is unknown to us, and we will not fill it with guesses:
- Delivery time. Not verified. Their own terms call delivery estimates variable.
- Drop rate. Not verified. Service names say non-drop. We have not watched an order settle.
- Refill outcome. Not verified. The rule is written, but we have never claimed against it.
- Refund experience. Not verified. We have never asked for one.
- Support reply speed. Not tested. A WhatsApp number is displayed, but we did not run a timed pre-sales test.
- Quality of the accounts delivered. Not verified.
If a review gives you a drop percentage for a panel it never bought from, that figure was invented. Ours would be too, so we are not giving you one.
The smallest-possible first order test
Instead of trusting a homepage badge, buy the badge cheaply and watch it. This works on any panel, including ours.
- Order the minimum quantity, not a round number that feels serious. The point is information, not results.
- Use a spare or secondary account if you have one.
- Screenshot the order ID immediately. On Electro's own written rules, a refill claim needs the order ID, not the link. That is true on most panels.
- Note three timestamps: when you paid, when the first unit appeared, and when the order finished. Those three numbers tell you more than any review, this one included.
- Check again after seven days to see what stayed. Day-one numbers are not the real numbers.
- Keep the account public and do not change your username while the order runs.
